VEGETABLE CHINESE SOUP


You want to eat healthy by eating more vegetables? Here are some very delicious and yet very easy to make vegetable soup recipes that will not only delight your mouth but also help you to keep your body fit. There are many kinds of vegetable soup recipes, depending on the ingredients. 
First, you can try a basic homemade vegetable soup made of some vegetables and water, plus some spices to add more taste. You may also want to try this tomato and barley vegetable soup recipe with tomatoes, carrots, spinach and onion, and rounded out with barley: first, heat shortly the onions and garlic, then add carrots and celery; add tomatoes, barley and seasoning then boil; cook for 30 minutes, stir in spinach, and you can eat it.
